Straight, single pass CRT with flange attached for mounting purposes. Flanges are commonly used in Single End Recuperative (SER) assembly.

Locating Pins
|
|

|
Silicon Carbide pins are used to center smaller diameter tubes inside a second larger diameter tube in Single-Ended Recuperator (SER) Tube configurations.

U-Tubes
|
|
INEX is pleased to announce the development of the U-bend configuration for our CRTs. Specially developed temperature resistant glue holds two. CRTs within a molded U-bend. For additional U-bend Information click here.

Internally Finned Tubes
|
|
|
|
A finned inner diameter CRT has the benefit of reducing furnace recovery time as well as reducing the fuel consumption of the furnace. Internally finned tubes are available in a variety of diameters.

Single End Recuperative (SER)
|
|
This cut-away view of a SER highlights the recuperative end of the assembly. The outer tube has a closed end and houses the inner CRT -- End Locator assembly.

|
Adapter Plates
|
|
|
|
INEX offers adapter plates (round or square) which allows integration of our CRTs with most existing furnaces. The adapter plates can be made to match existing flanges on metal tubes, to facilitate upgrades, or to simplify substituting. The adapter plate is made to replicate the size, shape, boltholes, and bolt circle of the previously used metal tube.
